Designing places that are simple, luminous and made to last.

Zekhnini Architecture Group designs housing, villas, offices and corporate buildings in Morocco. We believe a good building is first of all a building that is well lived in: bright, calm, easy to maintain, and at ease on its site.

We take on complete missions, from the first sketch to the delivery, so that the intention drawn at the start is still visible at the end.

How we work

    Listen

    A first meeting on site to understand the land, the programme, the budget and the timeline.

  2. 02

    Sketch

    Hand-drawn intentions, volumes and first plans, discussed together until the idea is right.

  3. 03

    Design

    Detailed plans, materials, 3D views and coordination with the engineering offices.

  4. 04

    Permit

    The building permit file, followed with the authorities until it is granted.

  5. 05

    Build

    Site supervision, weekly meetings, and handover of a finished, checked building.
